Your order is now ready for Pick-Up at 1525 Highway 11, Shanty Bay, ON L0L 2L0 - located on Hwy 11 Northbound, 3km N of Barrie, between Oro Line 1 and 2.

You will be required to present the following when you collect your order:

• Your Order #
• Valid, government issued Photo ID (Driver's Licence, Passport, ID Card Health Card)
• Please ensure that your ID matches the billing information specified in your order. If it does not, you will be asked to present the credit card used to pay for the order as well. Failure to provide this information may result in refusal of your pick-up.

If you are picking up an order on someone else's behalf:
This instruction (naming you) must appear in the Notes of the original order. If it does not then we will require you to Video Call the billing contact (cardholder). They will need to present their valid Photo ID and confirm that they authorize you to pick up the order on their behalf.
