- Orders for Fireworks, Sparklers or Smoke Grenades (DG) require a signature upon delivery, If you are not generally home, consider shipping to your workplace. Or we can ship to a nearby Hold-for-Pick-Up location.
- Surcharges will apply to Beyond Point or Ferry destinations (we will notify you if applicable)
- Transit Time does not include Weekends or Holidays

- Payment by Visa, MasterCard, Am/Ex or Interac Email Transfer (No C.O.D.)
- G.S.T. or H.S.T. will be added to your Order as applicable
- Delivery Orders are shipped the same or next business day
- Please check transit times in the chart below for approximate delivery times to your area. These transit times are based on carrier estimates and are NOT guaranteed.
- Rocket Fireworks is not responsible for carrier delays in transit
- Surcharge may be applied for certain remote or "Beyond Point" Deliveries
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes: if you do not have a physical address then your order will held for pickup at a nearby collection point.
- If you miss the delivery of your package, the carrier will leave a notice advising that your shipment is being held for pickup. They will hold your order for a maximum of five (5) days. You can contact the carrier to arrange a second delivery attempt. However, if you miss the second delivery attempt or you fail to pick up your package within the 5-day timeframe, your order will be returned to Rocket.ca at your expense. If you subsequently request us to reship your order, you will be responsible for additional costs incurred.

DG Shipping: My order contains dangerous goods
This will be the default shipping method if your order contains Fireworks, Sparklers or Smoke Grenades (but not Smoke Emitters).
Note: Dangerous Goods are subject to higher shipping costs due to special handling fees charged by Canadian carriers. We do our best to minimize these fees to our customers: the more you order, the less you pay for shipping.
- Free Shipping with min purchase (excepting surcharges to NL, NT, YT, Ferry Deliveries & 'Beyond Point' destinations).
- Signature or verbal consent of someone 18+ is required on delivery.
- Express Shipping is available only within the GTA: contact us for info.
Please note that DG deliveries are normally on time but not time-guaranteed.
Non-DG Shipping: My order does not contain dangerous goods
This will be the default shipping method if your order contains Flying Lanterns, Glow or LED Products, Confetti Items, Colour Smoke Emitters, Holi Powder Cannons or Remote Firing Systems (but NO Fireworks, Sparklers or Smoke Grenades).
