Returns of Explosives (Fireworks, Smoke Grenades and Sparklers)

WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OF EXPLOSIVES. Once a Class 1 Explosive has left our care and supervision, we are unable to attest to its proper storage and handling. As a result, we cannot safely resell the item to another customer.

Stored under relatively cool, dry conditions, Fireworks, Smoke Grenades or Sparklers will keep indefinitely: they do not spoil. If you purchase these products and are unable to use of them for their intended occasion, rest assured that they will be safe and in working order for your next occasion--even if that is long into the future.

Product Failures due to incorrect usage (Fireworks, Smoke Grenades and Sparklers):

We are not responsible for product failures due to incorrect usage. We provide careful bilingual instructions and videos to demonstrate correct usage of our Smoke devices and Fireworks. User is responsible to read or view these instructions beforehand to ensure proper functioning and safe usage of these products. For example,

• when igniting Smoke Grenades, you must pull the wire out to the SIDE (not up!); otherwise it will NOT ignite;
• Fireworks must be buried, braced or otherwise secured to ensure they do not tip over and shoot sideways;
• Fireworks and Smoke Grenade fuses must not be exposed to rain;
• Etc.

Malfunctioning products (Fireworks, Smoke Grenades and Sparklers):

In the unlikely event that you have a dud or malfunctioning Fireworks or Smoke product, please advise us as soon as possible and then take one or more clear photos of the product and email it to us; or bring the product in person with your receipt to receive a store credit

Returns of Non-Dangerous Goods (Confetti, Flying Lanterns, LED items, etc.)

Return of NON-DG products for reasons other than malfunction are not permitted: all sales are final. If you receive a malfunctioning product, please advise us as soon as possible and then take one or more clear photos of the product and email it to us; or bring the product in person with your receipt to receive a store credit. In cases of non-malfunction, if we elect to make an exception for a particular situation or set of circumstances, this will be at the sole discretion of Management and is an exception to our official policy. In the event that such a return is allowed, please note that you may required to pay one or both of the following:

• Return-Shipping fees (if applicable)
• 10% Restocking Fee
